The Firm
M. N. Choksi & Co. , Chartered Accountants, was founded by CA M. N. Choksi in the year 1988 as a Proprietary Concern , where later , CA A. P. Shirodkar and CA M. B. Karadkar joined the Firm as Partners in the year 2000 . ( Statutory Information of the Firm ) .
MNCC has provided professional services to a wide spectrum of clients in the field of Banking , Insurance , and Corporate Bodies .

MNCC’s Tax Consultancy division offers a wide range of services in Tax Consultancy and Tax Management in the field of Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws .

A very selective recruitment process and substantial investment in training ensures that expert knowledge is supplemented by specialist knowledge in one or more areas and is broadened into general management skills required for services in the business environment . Our Founder
CA M. N. Choksi, has been a rank holder throughout his career and has completed his Commerce Graduation (B.Com) along with qualifying for the Chartered Accountancy Course in the year 1988 . Soon after being qualified as a Chartered Accountant he commenced his Practice and started his Proprietary Concern .
He specializes in the Company Law Matters , Accounting Standards and Statute based audit . During the year 2000 due to increasing pressures and with a view to provide quality services CA M. N. Choksi inducted two partners into the firm to help him and support him in the professional growth.
The field of Information Systems Audit developing anew and to be current in the profession and have updated knowledge he has , recently in the year 2004 , also qualified as a Information System Auditor ( DISA ) , the course for the Information Systems Audit conducted by the ICAI . In the year 2005 he has also passed the international exam of the Certified Information System Auditor ( CISA ) with highest grades and has opened up new avenues of professional growth in the field of Information System Audit.
The Partners

CA A.P. Shirodkar, has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1972 and is a very senior member of the profession . He has been in practice for the last 35 years . His patience , experience , and perseverance has helped the firm achieve the highest quality of service standards . He is presently in charge of the Mumbai branch of the firm . CA M. B. Karadkar, has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1989 and after a brief stint of 3-4 years in the industry has been in practice for the last 16 years . Patel , has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2005 and after a brief stint of 3-4 years in the industry having exposure in Multinational & gained the experience in the field of Audit, Accounting, Taxation, Company Law Matters, Sales Tax, US GAAP, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and has been in practice for the last 1.5 years . Office Infrastructure
The head office of the firm is situated within five minutes walking distance from the Thane Station in the heart of the commercial hub of the Thane City .
The office premises is spread over a 1800 Square Feet area fully furnished and equipped with a Conference Room , Library , Meeting Rooms , Cabins and Staff area .
Every necessary electronic device is available at the office viz Computers, Fax, Internet, EPABX, Laser Printers, Photocopying Machine etc.Every employee is provided with a Computer and a restrictive access to the Internet facilities for effective intra office communication , inter office communication and liasoning with the clients.
